Out of Hours - Instructions for Patients on what to do next

You have three choices, depending on the urgency of your condition:

• If you have symptoms such as severe chest pains or shortness of breath you should ring 999 and ask for an ambulance.

• If you require urgent medical attention that cannot wait until the next time the surgery opens, please call 0845 6011186.

• If you require general medical advice you should contact NHS Direct Wales on 0845 46 47.

Please do not use any of these numbers to request appointments at your GP surgery or to order repeat prescriptions.
