Dr Bennett graduated from the Welsh National Scool of Medicine in 1990.  Dr Bennett has a special interest in ophthalmology (eyes).  Dr Bennett is a GP Trainer, and one of the course organisers for the Neath Port Talbot Vocational Training Scheme (for qualified doctors training to become General Practitioners).
