Consultations are by appointment only. We aim to see you within 10 minutes of your appointment time. You can make an appointment by telephone between 8:00am and 6.30pm. It is your responsibility to let us know as soon as possible, if you are unable to keep your appointment.   This will allow us to offer the appointment to someone else, thus reducing unnecessary delays.

The doctors and practice nurses are available to give telephone advice between 12 noon-12:30pm & 2:30 - 3pm every weekday.

Appointment Surgeries

Monday to Friday

Morning Surgery     9.00am - 12 noon

Afternoon Surgery  3.00pm - 5.30pm

Early evening appointments will be offered every Thursday for patients with employment committments or elderly patients who have to rely on an employed person to bring them to surgery.

There are no appointments on weekends.

Emergency appointments

If you have a medical problem that cannot wait for the next available appointment, we will see you the same day as an emergency.  Emergency appointments are shorter, and are for dealing with urgent problems only.  Repeat prescriptions are not supplied during emergency appointments.

Protected Time For Learning

The Surgery will be closed for Doctor & Staff training on the second Wednesday of every month from 12noon - 6pm.

This is arranged by Neath Port Talbot Local Health Board for the Neath Port Talbot area.

You have the right to be treated with courteousy at all times and we would expect you to return that courteousy to all Doctors and Practice Staff.

The Practice will not tolerate abusive or violent behavior in the surgery, whether directed to staff or other patients.  Behavior of this nature will result in immediate removal from the Practice List.

The Practice is a group partnership, but patients are free to see the GP they feel most comfortable with.
