We require 24 hours notice for repeat prescriptions.  Provided the request is in by 5pm, you should be able to collect your prescription from Reception after 1pm the following day.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept prescription requests over the phone.

Please note that the surgery is closed from 12noon every Second Wednesday of each month for Doctor and Staff training.  As a consequence, any repeat prescription requests delivered to the surgery / requested online after 12noon on any of these training days will not be ready for collection until after 1pm on the Friday.  Dates of the relevant training days are displayed in the surgery for patient information.  We apologise for any inconvenience caused on these occasions.

We are now able to accept repeat prescription requests via the internet.  If you are interested, please see the Reception Staff who will provide you with a registration document & more information about the service.
